Venkata Sriram, Founder and CEO of Evaluators and a National Book of Records holder, is contributing to the evolving landscape of skill-based hiring through the development of an artificial intelligence–driven evaluation platform. His work focuses on enabling individuals to demonstrate their abilities while creating transparent and reliable pathways to employment.
Through his organization, Evaluators, Venkat has developed an AI-powered system designed to assess and showcase the skills of students and job seekers. The platform aims to support a merit-based hiring ecosystem where employers can identify candidates based on their competencies rather than relying solely on traditional recruitment channels.
One of the key objectives of the initiative is to reduce the risk of misleading or unauthorized job opportunities by offering a structured and credible evaluation process. By integrating technology with skill assessment, the platform seeks to ensure that deserving candidates are able to access authentic employment opportunities.
Beyond technology development, Venkat is actively involved in conducting workshops, seminars, and awareness programs aimed at guiding students and professionals. He has also been a supporter of women’s empowerment initiatives, encouraging increased participation of women in skill development programs and professional opportunities.

In recognition of his contribution to innovation and workforce development, Venkata Sriram was honored with the National Pride and Excellence Award by the Tretayug Foundation on 26 January 2026.
