Currently serving as an English and Music Teacher at CSI Jessie Moses Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Anand believes that education has the power to transform lives. His academic journey reflects a passion for continuous learning, having pursued multiple qualifications from esteemed institutions including Madras Christian College, Annamalai University, and Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University. While many would consider such achievements an endpoint, Anand viewed them as stepping stones toward greater service. Beyond education, Anand has carved a remarkable niche in the world of music. As a music producer, sound engineer, keyboard player and tutor, he has contributed to more than 100 short films, documentaries, corporate videos, advertisements, and numerous gospel music productions. His musical journey is a reflection of both passion and dedication, proving that creativity flourishes when combined with consistent effort. Among his most notable achievements is the founding of The Hallels Gospel Virtual Choir, India’s only virtual gospel choir with more than 1,000 participants from different parts of the world. Through this initiative, he has demonstrated how technology and music can unite people beyond geographical boundaries. He has also conducted several choirs across Chennai and played a significant role in virtually compiling the Indian National Anthem with teachers from 11 schools from the city, involving 220 teachers from various institutions across chennai. Notably many schools under the management of the CSI Chennai Diocese and Alpha Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Sembakkam, Bentinck Higher Secondary School for Girls, Vepery, Boaz Public School, Gowrivakkam, CSI Jessie Moses Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Anna Nagar, CSI Monahan Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Royapettah, CSI St. David’s Matriculation School, Cuddalore, CSI St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chengalpattu, CSI St. Stephen’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Pallavaram, MCC Campus Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Tambaram, Olive Public School, Chitlapakkam, Triveni Academy, Oragadam. This huge project showcased unity, patriotism, and collective talent.

As the Joint Secretary of the Anti-Corruption Council of India for Tamil Nadu and Chief Observer for Tamil Nadu in Human Rights and SJM initiatives, he continues to advocate for integrity, accountability, and social responsibility. His commitment to empowering future generations is also evident in his contribution to early childhood education through the compilation, design, editing, and publication of three kindergarten learning books through Divya Publications. Recognition naturally followed his years of dedication, culminating in the conferment of an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Music from Global Peace University in 2022. Yet, what truly distinguishes H.
